I don't know who these people are dealing with, but my husband purchased a diamond wedding set from them for our 25th wedding anniversary, 25 years, 25 diamonds. It is absolutely stunning!!! I had it appraised for insurance purposes with our homeowners policy and it appraised higher, (over $1,200) than we paid for it. I couldn't believe it. The ring is just beautiful, and I get compliments on it on a regular basis. I found not only the quality of the merchandise to be exceptional, but the customer service and sales staff to be very knowledable and helpful as well.

Jared's is my one and only jewelry store, especially after the appraisal.

Had an amazing experience with Teresa. I bought my wife a gift for our anniversary and she didn't like it, we went in to see Teresa and she worked very hard to find and make exactly what my wife wanted. We left very happy and my wife loves her new earrings !

Wife brought her wedding ring in for maintenance and when it was returned, it was NOTICEABLY THINNER - and in fact, my name had been re-engraved and misspelled!!! They skimmed gold from her ring while it was at the shop and STOLE IT FOR THEMSELVES. How dishonest is that!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS - they are CROOKS

I purchased several items from Jared in May of 2011, one being a white gold and diamond semimout to which I added a stone to the center of the ring. Only after having the ring for less than a week the white gold on the semimount began to turn yellow gold. I returned to the store and to re dipped it then about a month or two after than the bottom of the ring was starting to turn yellow. I went back in the store they redipped it and ordered me another ring after I contacted customer service. However, in December 2011 the ring turns again and I was told that the ring could turn in less than 2 months depending on the body chemistry. I explained to them that I have purchased several items in white gold and have had them for years and have yet to have one redipped as of yet. Now we are in January of 2012 and the ring is peeling as if it was covered in clear fingernail polish and they redipped it again yesterday. I contacted customer service to explain that having this ring requires too much maintenance that I never expected and all they would say " Is we apologize it could be something in the body chemistry that may be turning the ring" I wanted to tell her I know I am hot but honey this is not the reason. I will suggest to anyone to not buy from here because after the sale they will not resolve your issues. I did not expect this when we spent thousands on this ring but the are just as cheap in quality as the mall jewelry stores. ( What did I expect they own Kay Jewlers too)





After the sale they say screw you .
