We hired Gary to fix a leak in our roof. He was confident that he knew what the problem was, and he suggested and performed a several hundred-dollar fix, for which we paid. When the leak recurred after the fix, he came back and did something else which also failed to fix the problem. When I called him back again, he failed to return 4 phone calls over a month period. The roof leaks exactly as it did prior to his work, and Gary has disappeared. It didn't bother me at all that his initial diagnosis of the problem was wrong. I get that roofs can be tricky. His failure to follow through is what upsets me. I offer my experience with this business as a caution to prospective customers.
