        I like this class a lot, seein...

        I like this class a lot, seeing that it helps letting go of stress. It also helps that the people there are cool and nice. I will recommend this class to anyone who has free time, and is stressed out. And from what I heard in this semester we are learning tai chi, which is awesome! :D

        I love Zendo USA and what they stand for. They are a beautiful charity and offer lovely live enriching programs, the Zen meditation is my favorite.

        What can I say, they are a won...

        What can I say, they are a wonderful charity and an excellent organization to be associated with. I am new to meditation and Tai chi, but have become a lifelong fan. As I mentioned before they are a hidden gem within the Broward College campus and the Town of Davie area.

        Zendo USA meditation and Qi gong is great! Give yourself the gift of a time out just for you. The meditation is very centering and the Qi gong energy gathering is amazing!
