William Reitman and Associates

my dominant front tooth, and what also turned out to be three OTHER teeth. I'd been to Dr. Reitman's office before for routine dental, but this was a DEFCON 4 situation. I was able to get an immediate appointment, and after what seemed to be an hour in the chair (but was really closer to, if not over two hours), I had a "ultra-brite" smile even I couldn't believe!!! A heavy coffee drinker and a, choke, choke, sometime smoker, I wasn't happy with the color of my teeth. But Dr Reitman buffed, stuffed, filed, filled, and polished...and that was BEFORE he got to my x-rays and routine cleaning and flouride. I must say when I saw the bill I was shocked...THAT IT WASN'T MORE!!! He took his time looking at all my front teeth, evaluated my overbite, "politely suggested" that I was a grinder, and went right to work. I arrived a bit early, but didn't sit for five minutes in the waiting room. He seated me immediately and set his dental hygienist straight to work on making a preliminary observation while he finished up with another patient. And then he went to work on me. I've been to about six dentists in my life, and I couldn't be happier with the job Dr Reitman did on my teeth, and his concern for the FUTURE of my teeth. I'm definitely going back for my next cleaning, and will have them bleach my teeth next year. As a professional photographer, I understand the importance of a great smile, and so does Dr Reitman...for altogether different reasons. I was very concerned that today's visit was going to cost me an arm and a leg and to be quite candid, while it wasn't cheap, it was well within the range of OMG-acceptable when I saw the final results. I had to make a few stops on the way home, and at each place I was asked if I'd done something to my hair or was I wearing a different set of eyeglasses...because everyone thought "something" looked different. I told everyone I'd just come from the dentist and they couldn't believe how great I looked. So, Dr Reitman, as long as I'm in CT, you've a sworn patient! And I think it's quite funny how you are the only one who can get me to "shut my mouth" while opening wide. THANK YOU, DR BILL! And an affectionate nod to Karen and Lee, his support staff!
