Woodhaven Villas Property Management

I have been here for a year. Everyone was super nice at first, said any previous problems were all because of past owners. They said i would most likely get my full deposit back and if i ever needed anything they would fix it asap. After about 6 months a/c messed up and to save a penny they kept trying to fix it themselves and i ended up without a/c for about 3-4 days 83 degrees at night. My husband got his $600 bow stolen out of his truck, next day an employee asked me to ask my husband (who was in camo leaving to go hunting) if he knew anything about bows and their worth because he had recently aquired one, could be coincidence. Pipe underground leaked so by the front door it stayed flooded for about 10days and smelled like sewer. Never offered any kind of rent discount for having to go stay in a hotel for 3 days or for the increased water bill from a pipe leak or for the increased electric bill when the a/c was constantly kicking on and off trying to work but couldnt blow air and wouldnt turn off unless all power was shut off. When i moved out i was told the flooring would be completely replaced because it was cheap linoleum and i wouldnt have to pay for the tears in the floor (tears from the couch sliding when we sat down i brought this up when giving my 30 day notice). About 6 weeks later i received my refund, floor repair cost was deducted. I dont mind paying for my damages but dont tell me i wont have to pay for it because it will be replaced and then suprise me with a fat bill. I was deff in the wrong for not having them write it down. He had no recollection of the conversation and would never tell a resident they wouldnt have to pay for repairs. Most buisnesses- ill tell you what you want to here, if it isnt on paper... Sorry about your luck. The receptionist was always nice, willing to help, and on top of things, the other.... Not so much!

I lived at Woodhaven Villas for 4 years and 2 months w/ two roommates. The the price range and the apartments themselves are great, especially if you are looking for a three bedroom model. Unfortunately, the current staff is horrible. Extremely rude, and unhelpful. Management has changed hands on several times since we moved in, making it hard on tenants to have any consistency. Maintenance is slow and unresponsive. Repair tickets either took months to be addressed, or were not answered at all. Once my roommates and I had moved out, they attempted to charge over $1,000 for light carpet cleaning and repainting the walls...needs that are to be expected after 4 years but that apartment companies generally handle w/ the security deposit. They also attempted to charge us for repair ticket items they never fixed. Be warned: now that I have searched for other apartments, their are much better locations out there that will treat longtime tenants with respect. Unless you are in a bind, STAY AWAY from Woodhaven Villas!

I really enjoy living at Woodhaven. The apartments are very spacious and new. In addition each unit gets it's own private garage which is great for storage. It's in a wonderful location, yet tucked away so it feels private. I really like the pool and the fact that the apartments are beside the walking trailhead for exercise. Not only that, but Trinity Management is now managing Woodhaven and they are doing a superb job.
