Lady's Nail & Spa

Horrible service. Don't recommend to anyone. We were sitting in there getting our nails done when a beautiful young lady was getting her nails done for her wedding. She wasn't happy with the way things were going and tried to talk to the ladies and tell them. My mother in law and I overheard her complain and witnessed that nothing was done. They ignored her and talked in another language amongst themselves. Then when discussing with manager he told her that her nails were acceptable when they werent. Her nails weren't even. He said they weren't perfect but acceptable. She refused to pay full price and he didn't give her a discount. He said if she didn't pay full price that he would call the cops on her. She left upset and crying. I told him that this was unacceptable and that he could do something about it. He said no he couldn't. I will never go back either.

I went in this salon for gel nails which I have had done many times I was so dissatisfied with the person who did my nails after I paid and got to my car and went back in after seeing my nails out in the daylight noticing that half my nails were not completely painted they refused to fix it and before I even mentioned a refund the man who works up front said I'm not giving you a refund, wwhich I didn't want I wanted my nails fixed. They are overpriced and rude!!!

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and did an awesome job. Will go back.
