Ambassador Lock & Key

I have used Ambassador several times and each time I could not have been happier. I have family members also that would never ever call anyone else. They have always tried to get to me as soon as possible and I just don't see how anyone could find fault with them. You won't be disappointed if you turn to them for help. Reasonable rates and they truly care.

I needed to have a replacement key made for my son's car after he lost his. I called and they were more than happy to help. Within a couple of hours, I had 2 new keys for his car. They were extremely friendly and even came to me when the job was done. I will use this company again for any lock smith needs!

The man who I talked to this morning was very friendly. We had a nice chat about the weather. He said he'd be out in 35 minutes. After 1 hour I called back and the man lied and said I told him that I'd told him I was going to call around first. Completely crazy bold lie, Ambassador quoted me $55 less than the first people and I was really happy about that. Ambassador is an unreliable business with shaddy practices. I've been trying to get this truck unlocked for the past 3 hours and now the bad weather has caught up and I may need to stay another night in my hotel.

The rep that i called was friendly and knowledgeable. And the locksmith, Scott, was at my place in a timely manner, and he was somehow more friendly and proficient than the rep i talked to on the phone. This company is good at what it does.
