Triangle Automotive Repair

A few years ago we discovered Triangle and at the time rated it with 5 stars for the service provided on both our Jeep and Matrix. During the past year things seem to be changing for the worse. We would take a vehicle in with an appointment and 2 days later nothing had been done. There also seemed to be confusion on their part about remembering exactly what they were to be checking out to repair on our Jeep. We had the brakes redone on our Matrix last May. Later we found it impossible to remove the lug nuts. One had even been cross threaded on and broke when we tried to remove it. There was no apology or offer to loosen them for us when we asked if they could assist us with loosening them. We spent $25 at another repair shop to get new lug nuts and loosen the rest on the Matrix for a problem created by Triangle. We will also be taking the Jeep to a different shop to hopefully remedy that problem. We do not recommend Triangle anymore.

I have had the occasion to use Triangle Automotive for some repairs on my Subaru Forester and Subaru Outback. I am very pleased with the service and quality of work.

We had to take our company van in to get a fuel pump replaced. They were $463.77 cheaper for tow, parts, and labor than a main-stream repair shop. They got the part shipped in and put on faster than expected which got our sales rep on the road an hour and a half ahead of schedule. On top of that, they made a special trip to pick up our sales rep at his hotel. That gets 5 stars in my book.
