What I asked for even had a picture that she looked at the entire time then she cut off 4 inches that I didn't ask for

I am the yankee this woman is referring to..i have never said the awful things she is referring to..knowing that much about me without actually speaking with me or getting hair done by me?? Very suspicious!!

It was horrible!!!!! They hire any Tom dick and Joe off the street.If their is a corporate store they really need to go in and do something.This location is giving their reputation a really bad name.Never but Never is any of my family or friends going back into this stupid place.

I brought my 10 year old son in for a hair cut. Directed stylist to cut his hair short. Ten minutes later stylist came back to counter with my son and asked if hair was short enough. I responded with "please trim top and sides a little more". Manager advised stylist that I would be charged for (2) hair cuts if she trimmed top/sides. I shook my head in disbelief. Stylist only trimmed sides. Amazing! So much for the customer is priority one.. Stylist was cool. Manager needs to move on. I will not return. Save your money and go elsewhere; anywhere but Superclips in Waynesville....Merry Christmas!

Rita, done my hair for valentines day as a treat for my spouse. Mind you i went in with waist length hair and came out with ear length hair, and Miss Rita made it rock.I was soooo happy with my new hairstyle, and coming back ina few days for something different. Thank you Rita!

Excellent experience, went in around 10:00 am had my hair cut and was out of there in about 30 minutes. Angie was the stylist and she ut my hair just as I asked. Clippers were used in the back but I definitely did not have a military style haircut. Very pleasant, general conversation would definitely go back

Very bad experience. I went there around closing time and I ended up having to re touch it myself. I requested 2 or 3 things and she basically didn't do it, ignored me completely. She used the hair clippers that are usually use for military style haircut. I can use the clipper by myself. If I want a professional haircut please go someplace else.

One of the worst experiences ever. I walked in and wanted just a simple trim. My hair is shoulder length and all I requested was that the hair dresser (Rita was her name) took off some of the length. I walked out of there with one side much shorter than the other and layers cut into my hair which I was specific I did not want. I will never go back there again. The worst!!!!

Got the worst haircut I have ever had..my hair is so uneven and chopped and so short I can do nothing with it.

Went in for a simple straight Blow dry...the "Imitation Stylist" took almost one hour...now mind you my hair is short and no longer than an inch below my ear...A picture was shown to CAROLINA (imitation stylist) of my original hair style and asked if she can do it and she said "of course I've been doing hair 16 years" Well those 16 years were in vain my 4 year old niece would've done a better job Straightening my hair...CAROLINA left my hair wet wavy and worse than when I came in, mind you as she's blow drying my hair I'm telling her that the inside of my hair is still wet and dryer is not hot enough to straighten my hair and again she stated she's been doing this for 16 years and knows what she's doing... CAROLINA she is a disgrace to all Super Clips standards and yes I paid her exactly what her Stylist career deems $9 (Blow dry price) just because I believe in helping the less fortunate...maybe one day she'll make enough to take styling lessons.
