Four Seasons Florist

I just a bad experience with this florist... I received a call this morning asking about when to make a delivery, and I told him I wouldn't be home and to drop it off by the front door. It turned out to be an arrangement of candy which of course had melted. Even worse is that my dog got into it and ate an unknown quantity of chocolate, which can be serious for dogs. After speaking with the owner of the florist shop and explaining what had happened, he asked what I'd like for him to do... which I asked him to replace it. He refused & took no responsibility for not telling me it was edible and not flowers... which I believe most everyone would first think that would be delivered from a florist. I would definitely find another florist in the Waynesville area.

I dropped in there at 11am to order an arrangement of flowers (I dropped the ball on our Anniversary) and ordered something that most florists don't have on hand. To my surprise Steve had enough to make something up to save the day. He had it ready in no time at all and it looks PERFECT! I hand delivered it to the restaurant where we would be eating that night and they had it placed on the table when we arrived. My wife was so pleased with the arrangement (and the surprise of course LOL) that she literally had to fight back tears.



When you make a woman cry tears of joy you've really done something.

I can not give this business any stars. I live in Florida and was planning my wedding in North Carolina. I ordered three dozen baby blue carnations two weeks in advance. On the way to pick them up, I called. I was told they had not even started spraying them yet and they did not order the baby blue spray paint. So I had a different color blue that did not match anything. Also I'd say half of the flowers were already half dead. Unfortunately there was no extra time to find another florist. I extremely do not recommend this florist. And the cost was extremely high. I have never paid twenty dollars for a dozen of plain carnations. No greens, nothing but the flowers.
