Be careful when looking for a home. Lillian doesn't fix things that are under warranty. We had an issue with the stones cracking on the front of the house. They came out to repair it but jerry rigged it by just putting mortar over to fill the cracks instead of chipping the mortar out & replacing it. In 2 weeks the cracks were back.That was 2 months ago now can't get them back
