        Cynthia is the best groomer I ...

        Cynthia is the best groomer I have ever taken my ShihTzu to. I drive about 85 miles one way just to have her groom my Cookie! I have taken her to other groomers closer but I always go back to TOP HAT GROOMERS & CYNTHIA. She has been grooming for me atleast 20 years. She is the best!!

        I have been using Top Hat for ...

        I have been using Top Hat for years and can not speak highly enough of her. She goes that extra mile to make the pooch happy as well as the owner. When I bring my puppy home he always struts out because he knows that he looks good.
