I would not do business with this company again. I had a dog tag engraved and they did not do an acceptable job. I received a refund for the engraving but when I asked that the business refund the cost of the dog tag they ruined all they would offer toward the $40.00 purchase was $5.00. I tried to settle this through the Better Business Agency but he still refused to refund the money. I had to purchase another dog tag and have it redone. The owner claims he is reputable but I disagree since he would not rectify his mistake.
