Very disappointed with a defective mattress that I purchased here. Even though it's under warranty this retailer has not refunded my money.

The manager who sold me my mattress was both knowledgable and friendly. He showed me the cheapest option first, and explained the differences between the choices I had. He was very clear about the warranty details and requirements. Also, the delivery was efficient and right on schedule.
