Rosati's Pizza Pub of Wausau

Where to start. I was really looking forward to trying Rosati's...and well. That ended up being my mistake after I did. For starters, the atmosphere is loud and noisy like an elementary school cafeteria. To further insult your senses, add to that TV's with various sports crap on with God awful elevator jazz blaring over the top of everything. I was actually getting pi##ed off with the horrible racket.. but still wanted to give the place a chance. So we ordered and then waited. Then waited some more. 26 minutes just to get our 2 drinks and 4 pieces of "garlic bread". The pizza came about 45 minutes after that. What an utter laugh their "Chicago Style" pizza was. I had to wonder. Do the owners even know what Chicago Style is? Because their crap tasteless pizza is nothing even close to being Chicago style. There is no flavor in their rock hard flour & water crust. No flavor in their pizza sauce, and the heap of cheese like goo was questionable. I dont think it was real mozzarella...but it too had no flavor. In short, I had 1 piece of this flavorless mess and had the rest boxed up for our dogs. To be honest, not even the dogs wanted it. We won't be coming back ever, and for the price you can go eat a great meal at Red Lobster. This establishment is very reminiscent of Fat Joe's on Grand Ave. The management totally fails satisfying its customers because they think they have such a great product...but in reality both are overpriced filler food garbage.

Ordered for delivery. Customer service was ok. The pizza was horrible. Is it even real cheese? No flavor, crust was as hard as a rock. The toppings and sauce (what little there was of it) started 3 inches from the crust, so there wasn't much cheese & topping unless you like rock hard crust and flavorless sauce. Thought the pizza was overpriced as well. Yuk is the best I can come up with.
