They are far from professional, the person who answers the phone has a horrible attitude and very rude. Had a coupon for 4 rooms at 80.00 was charged 182.00. Carpets look the same as before, the machine they use is ridiculous, no steam, had to use water from our faucet, you think paying 182.00 they would have steam cleaned it. Totally unprofessional, save your money and time. We would have been better off renting a machine and doing it ourselves for what they did. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Will be contacting BBB out this company.

Proclean (professionalclean.biz) provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff answering the phones was rude and impolite and actually blamed me, the customer, for how poorly they cleaned our carpets. The service person that came out to our home to fix the mistake the first person had made was rude and impolite as well. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends, family or even anyone I met on the street. They do not deserve any star rating (this site makes you give them a rating or else I would not have given them any stars) as they are a poorly run and poorly operating company. It is a disgrace to the carpet cleaning industry that this company is even still in business.
