Metro Cabs

They won't send a cab if you don't answer the phone. I wouldn't call for a cab if I didn't need one. I am hard of hearing and I can't always hear my phone. They used to just send a text. Most of the time they would send a taxi with no phone call. I had no way of knowing whether a cab was even coming.

What a bunch of clowns here can't answer phone sent cab to wrong train and then told us sorry we are dispatching from Chicago I said ur kidding me I called red & black flash these guys really pissed me off !!!!
