Bodysparkle has never disappointed

I cannot imagine why there are reviews on here stating they have terrible customer service or products. Their products are great quality and very affordable. I called for advice on measuring and they sent me a measuring chart FOR FREE. I had also had an issue with a product losing a stone, and they replaced it without a problem! I relcieved my order very quickly! The ladies that help when I call are very understanding and patient. I shopped at body candy in the past and had many problems.! I wouldn't receive an email back for days, and they are outrageously expensive for the crappy products they sell. I will only shop at bodysparkle.,.thank you!

I am thrilled that BodySparkle has the 20 gauge barbells! I can't find them anywhere! Their selection is huge and prices are very affordable! They always have the cutest and unique items that i have not seen anywhere else! I Love this place!!!

Worst costumer service I've re...

Worst costumer service I've received. My order was late, then continued to treated me as an idiot. Refused to refund my money for the product that caused an extreme reaction in which my specialist said their "titanium was breaking off in my eat" meaning: it's not the titanium mean to be put IN ones body.

BodySparkle Response-We received this item back for inspection. There was no flaking or cracking of the finish on this barbell. This was a black titanium barbell that is extremely hypo-allergenic. We guarantee that this item was solid Ti6ALV-ELI (implant grade) ASTM F-136-02 (Grade 23) titanium. It is very unusual for titanium to cause an allergic reaction, but it is possible. Unfortunately, that is not something we have control over and not a manufacturer defect. We have been in business for 10 years and have been selling this titanium since we opened online. We have had no issues with these titanium products.

This company is great and I have never had any problems. They have the best body jewelry and the best prices around. I have exchanged a few things in the past without issues. They actually have great customer service and are very accomidating.

This website claims on their cutomer service page to have 100% customer satisfaction as their goal. My experience with them is 0 satisfaction. I placed an order for two items, the order took almost an entire week just to ship, then when I got the order only one of the two items was with the order, the other item arived a couple weeks later. I no longer wanted the second item when it arrived so I called their customer service number in accordance with the return second on their website and obtained a return number just as it instructed. I then sent my item back as instructed on their page expecting no problems. This was not the case, I sent the item back and waited 4 weeks for my return to be processed, when I did not see it on my card I waited a couple more weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow time for them to process the return and the return to reflect on my account. After plenty of time had passed I called the company to find out what the issue was. The customer service rep was no help at all. She said that there was no way they could assist me and that they will not do anything to help. I was astonished at being told I was out both my money, the money I paid to ship back the merchandise and the merchandise itself. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I couldn't believe that such horrible customer service even existed. I spoke with a woman who claimed to be the owner. She refused to offer any resolution simply saying she was sorry for the situation. The situation being that they had my money, and the merchandise and that I was out of everything. I asked her if they believed in any customer service at all and was told "We cannot do anything" This was an outrage and I will never shop here again. This company stole my money and I feel robbed. I cannot believe they are still in business. I strong discourage anybody from shopping here because they will rob you just like they robbed me.

We certainly understand your frustration Tyler, however, you forgot to mention in your review that you returned the item to us and we never received it, and that you had no tracking number for your returned package. We cannot credit you for something we did not receive back and cannot trace to see what happened to the package. Our return policy clearly states that you should get a tracking number and insurance on items you return to us to prevent this situation from happening. Quote from return authorization: " When returning items to BodySparkle, please use address below and send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the Post Office address below to ensure a safe and documented delivery." We have been in business for over 9 years and have a very high customer satisfaction rate. Our returns are usually processed within 1-2 days of receipt. We try very hard to accommodate our customers, but I do not know of any store that would give you credit for a return that they did not receive and could not be tracked.
