Pure Water

Good luck if you require service. Called numerous times as our water softener needed repairs. They do not answer phone half the time and did not connect with an answering machine. When I did contact them they said Mark would return the call. Not much help there also. After several contacts was finally able to talk to Mark- always out on a call and would call back. I set up an appointment. He never came, never called, and when I spoke to someone at the store they said "so sorry, will have Mark call". Still no call.



Pure Water had serviced our softener before and I like shopping locally. Called another local repair place. They answered the phone and are coming out today.
