We were sold Insurance by this company with cover by Finger Lakes Fire and Casualty we were promised coverage to suit our needs. However when we had a claim it was another story, we found information had not been passed on by the Agency to the Insurance company and we have been trying to get our claim settled 13 months after our fire. Neither company can be recommended. We have not been treated fairly. Beware
