Inland Hospital is a 48-bed, nonprofit hospital located on Kennedy Memorial Drive in Waterville, Maine. It is a full-service, medical-surgical facility that provides primary, acute-care and long-term care at Lakewood, a continuing care center, located on the Inland campus. Also under the Inland umbrella are the New Horizons Health Care physician practices in the Maine cities of Unity, Madison, North Anson and Waterville. In addition to acute care, Inland services include: ambulatory surgery; birthing center; rehabilitation; long-term care; home care; 24-hour emergency care; sleep lab and specialized clinics. Inland was founded in 1943 and is a member of Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems, a health care system that serves all of Central, Eastern and Northern Maine.
