i love how i can make advanced reservation and count on Watertown taxi to be at my door especially early morning flight.

I liked to take Watertown Taxi a lot for the last two years. However, one time when I was almost 9 months pregnant and with a 15 month toddler traveling with me, the taxi driver had greatly disappointed me. I had to leave my daughter standing and crying up the stairs, while I carried the stroller down the stairs, because the driver did not want to help. But what, if my daughter fell and hurt herself? Besides, my pregnant belly was clearly visible and any other human being would rush to help me. I felt like the driver was discriminating against me. I'm disappointed and definitely will not use their service again.
