        Overall

        I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Last weekend, I had the weekend special and was supposed to return the car on Monday around 4 but I returned it around 6, Monday was a holiday anyway, and the branch was closed. They charged me for an extra day, and on the invoice, they said that I returned the car on Tuesday at 7am. Pretty disappointing!

        I have rented several times from this Watertown location. They are the best group of people I have ever dealt with. From Tom the Manager to Brandon, Reger and the rest of the staff they are very professional, extremely friendly and very helpful. The vehicles have always been top notched and rates are very reasonable. The staff is very accomodating
