First off I'm a T-Mobile customer, I went there thinking they could help me with getting my gboard voice activated. Without being cruel they were very unhelpful and clueless. So I went to Verizon and met the manager I think his last name was Cerillo. It took him literally 3 minutes to figure it out and send me on my way. I even offered to give them a gift certificate and he said that he was just happy to help. Now that's service
