Domino's Pizza

Order was wrong, and was given another customers order. Gave it back to delivery driver and paid him for my order plus the delivery charge. He returned but brought back the wrong order again on the second trip, advised him i just wanted a refund at this point as i had lost faith in the store and was fustrated.

Waitied 40 min, still no refund, drove down to the store, manager bridget was confrontational and unapologetic, even fought me on refunding the delivery charge. Finally got the refund and left. Very dissappointed with the overall experience.
