Walmart - Vision Center

My husband, daughter, son & I all went in for an eye exam. I knew I definitely needed glasses, as well as my husband. Turns out my 8 year old girl does too. With our insurance it covers our eye exam as well as a pair of (rinkadink) glasses. I'm basically blind as a bat and gave neglected my eyes for years so we ended up buying a decent pair for myself. Anyways, with our insurance covering 3 pairs of glasses, expected arrival time was 10 weeks. Our appointment was August 8, 2014. I received my glasses within 2 weeks (the ones we paid for). Then my insurance ones two weeks after that. So I was like cool! Thinking I would be waiting 10 weeks. So..., the end of November rolls by, after endless phone calls asking if my daughter and husbands glasses have came in.... Nope. So we go up there to see what the problem was. Both of their glasses are "lost". We get a phone call a week later that my husbands were on the doctors desk the whole time, but they had to reorder my little girls glasses. So here it is, almost third semester of school, still no glasses for my little girl. I almost left out that the vision center employees can be very rude when we contact them to ask if they know anything yet. I predict that we will never get my baby's glasses from there and have to go somewhere else who takes people's eyes more seriously.
