        I really wanted to rate this a 2 star after just going out to my van to load the rear for tomorrow's trip! I went there at opening today because of the heat. I felt sorry for the men working. I took the deluxe package and left a $5.00 tip. I watched the window guy lift the end gate and wash the windows. What I found was the floor had never been cleaned!! Now I have to clean it so the ladies will have a clean spot for their purchases! I was willing to over look the lack of cleaning the drink holder by the driver and "missing" dirt around the window/door controls on the front doors but now I am ticked!! Car #2 for the day. Hate to think what happened the rest of the day. LJ Jones Wellsburg
