Though the construction of the Septic System was not a problem getting him back to connect the system to my new house was. Several missed appointments to evaluate how to install straight 40 foot run was beyond me. He was "just too busy". I needed this work done so it cost me 400 dollars to finish his work.

Unfortunately I had to have my Cesspools removed and could not hook up to City Sewer. I had to have them replaced with a Septic System & Field, which basically encompasses my whole back yard.



After getting several estimates, we decided to go with John Sarappa. This is why...

First, he came over to our house personally and spent time discussing the details. Since our property is irregular, he came back with a worker and spent time digging out and measuring elevations without even knowing if he was getting the job!



We got a professional quote with all items detailed.



Every time we called him he answers his phone personally. No phone tag. The few times we missed him he promptly returned calls.



The work started on schedule and his crew was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, curteous and you would not know they were there except for the machinery. His crew even worked in the rain not to delay progress!



John and his work ethics are "Old School" and Professional. We had a feeling from the start that we made the right decision. Everything was done as promised.



Even though the process is invasive (scary) and I had mountains of dirt, sand, mud etc. The crew carefully put everything back in place. All we need is rain for the grass to re-grow.
