        extremely pleased!

        Awesome workouts instructor really cares. Traditional karate with a physical work out as well. Master Rich is highly skilled and can teach just about anything.

        Awesome physical training! Great work outs. Master Rich Sajtos loves training and you see that in his class. He is FIT himself and encourages us to be healthy and fit as well.
