Slavi, the owner, came out and provided me with a quote ... roof was not leaking but was over 25 years old and wind pulled up some shingles. Quote was more than fair and was time for a new roof, selected them because they already did work on addition and I was pleased w/ that work. within 1 week job was scheduled and completed in 1 day. happy with results... they seem to know their business ... went with their suggestions.

Total professionals, bid to delivery:

- Responsive.

- On time, very high quality (as far as my handyman and I can tell so far).

- Handled all the permitting I needed with the (sometimes difficult) city of Bloomfield Hills.

- Replaced 6000sf of double-layer / 30 year old roofing with new lifetime shingles; replaced 2 skylights; added new attic vents; added a new bathroom vent; took care of all haul-away, etc.

Slavi, the owner, came out and provided me the original quote two years ago. I was not ready to do the roof at that time; but he was able to pull up the paperwork from that time and still honor the quote when he did the work this Thanksgiving.



Costa managed the work and finished on time with minimal cost-creep (replacement boards where required, and less than 2% of the originally estimated base-work). My handyman worked with him closely and indicated they were very easy to work with.



Overall, very happy with the work... I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to friends or family.

Gave us his best price up front with no haggling. Other companies came in 1-2 thousand above and only came down in price after I passed on their services; Roofing Depot was still lower. They started and finished when they said they would and cleaned up their mess. No pressure w/ up-selling and Slavi presented our options up front and did everything he promised. We are very pleased with our experience.
