Forster Car Wash

I have 2 reoccurring monthly passes ($65.00) a month.
They have been closed in the middle of the day the last 3 times I went there. Had to drive 20 minutes out of my way for a wash only to be turned away. No posted phone # to call and verify if open or to complain. Finally found a ph.# online but nobody answers and no answering machine or service. Now I have spent another $30 at other car washes. VERY POOR customer service and now a waste of money. I have to call credit card company to cancel there reoccurring charges because no website found or phone #. To bad, the car wash was nice.

April 20, 2018, Weekday 9:30 a.m. car wash, only one person behind in line. No welcome, lousy car wash, was not even acknowledged when given a tip after drying. Rude workers. Skip this place.

12.00 car wash. ran me through eight feet behind a truck. no prewash . no soapy brush on front or back. finished wash myself at home. car wash on sashabaw by i75 three times as good

I have been going to this place for several years and I have always been treated well and given great service. All the guys are gentleman. The price is low but the quality is high!

Dave is terrible to do business with. Took My brand new 2015 truck in for a detail. Got it back and the price was more than it was supposed to be. The fresh window tint had deep scratches and a big gouge on the driver side. When calling him back he says they use paper towel so there is nothing he will do to make it right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH HIM.
