I went to this place to get help getting myself off legally prescribed prescription drugs. Problem is they would not even let me inside to sign up for anything. They had two guys sitting outside the door smoking cigars, they said they worked there and the place was "private and I wasn't allowed in." while letting in two different women without question while I was standing there.

The website CLEARLY READS walk-ins accepted and they told me to leave after giving me a phone number which I called later to find out was FAKE AND DISCONNECTED. I then called the phone numbers listed for this facility and left a message twice. It was NOT RETURNED.

A rehab place that does not accept people and has two guys waiting by the door and if they "don't know you" they tell you to go away? Sounds like this place started being a front for selling drugs at some point instead of helping people get off drugs and should be INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Anyway got off prescriptions myself so thanks for nothing guys! Hope you get shut down ASAP

If your looking to get sober this is a great option. Methadone clinics get a bad reputation but if your looking to get clean and follow the clinics rules this place is amazing (6 years sober thanks to biomed). Come early if you work wait is 10mn. to 1 hour+ if problems or need to meet with doctor. But dont count on anyone there to do anything for you! If you dont resolve a problem it wont get fixed. And all to often there is no doctor present to resolve issues and your counselor will screw up your your takehomes. Dont ever count on picking up takehomes if its not your scheduled day even if you made prior arrangements to. And be aware of holidays & snowfall because if they are closed you are out of luck & no other doctors office or hospital will help you, they will treat you like a junkie!!! Overall be prepared for many headaches and NOT being treated like a human being from time to time.

They dont seem to care if you have a job to get to and it doesnt matter if ur clean but if you ask to many questions you will lose your take homes and then your job.

Bio med is a great program, vety professional.. Waiting time is a few seconds to 10 minutes tops, unless your waiting for a doctor, then you could be waiting up to an hour
