DO NOT purchase from this crooked store. We bought a very expensive tempur Loud Luxe mattress that is supposed to have at least a ten year warranty and after a few years A large indentation developed on one side causing back pain and discomfort during sleep. A person came out to look at it and measure the defect and this store claimed that it was not enough of a defect to replace the mattress. I looked up other complaints and tons of people have the same complaint. The store refused to replace this mattress needless to say lost our business and everyone I will speak to.

3 years ago, we bought new living room furniture. The salesman reccomended the platinum protection because it would cover all stains. We have small children, so decided this was a good idea. Today, stains that even the website say are covered aren't covered. We were just told we would need to PAY a private company to come prefessionally clean our sofa, as it is "soiled". That's 200 plus dollars down the drain. DON'T BUY FROM R & F!
