        Came to clean my dryer duct. Charged me to clean and re-install a missing section of duct. Had it inspected a few months later, as is required by my condo, only to find that they did not re-install the missing section, and the lint build up indicated that it hadn't been cleaned in years. So basically Loyalty charged me for two tasks, and did neither. When we called and asked them to explain this, they offered no explanation, nor did they deny that they collected money for a job they did not do. And of course we received no refund. Never, ever, hire this company!
