I had not purchasers a new car in 13 years and Daniel Haas made the experience seemless for me and the finance manager Eric as well. Daniel contacted me immediately after I submitted a pre-approval request online and sent me several options from their inventory in my price range. Drove off the lot with my Chevy Cruz less than a week after and would highly recommend if your in the market for a new or used car. Thanks so very much!!

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and worked quickly!! I was able to take my new car home the same day I went to look at it. Daniel Hass was very efficient with emailing and making everything go so smoothly. Definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new ride!

I had an awesome experience buying my new Chevy Traverse today. If you are looking for a Chevy or Cadillac you have to ask for Carman Dragone. It was the best buying experience I have ever had and I've purchased 10 other cars in my lifetime. Carman was very helpful and knowledgeable - just a pleasure. The car-buying process is normally exhausting, but he made it painless. He was great going over every detail with my wife and I and he was even great with our 5yr old son. Best selection, best pricing, and best sales person. Thanks!

The ABSOLUTE worst dealership I've EVER dealt with in my LIFE. In literally just 3 months of purchasing our car from Blasius there service department forgot to put the oil cap back on my car after a simple oil change which caused several electrical and engine problems 3 DIFFERENT TIMES in ONE MONTH. Then they agreed to trade in our car due to their technician’s CARELESS "mistake" and were forcing us to take a car in really BAD shape and with 20K more miles than the car we originally owned!!!! On top of ALL this there guaranteed financier DARRELL NEILANDER discriminated against myself, my wife, 2 year daughter and 8 year son because of our race in front of other employees and customers. He also threaten to get me arrested for driving a rental back home with my kids and wife that THE DEALERSHIP AGREED to cover until we find a replacement, he threaten to report the rental stolen and TOLD US to walk home in the rain. This forced us to call the police just so we can leave the dealership in one peace without any problems. Then MR DARRELL NEILANDER decided to tell the officer that my wife is NEVER ALLOWED on the property or she will be arrested!!!! This is just BAD SERVICE, we've purchased 2 cars from Blasius and its been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS from DAY 1. They treated us like PURE ANIMALS and all we wanted was some justice for something they obviously are 150% at fault. DARRELL NEILANDER after all of the threats decided to provoke us to take LEGAL ACTION and claimed that we will NEVER WIN in court not in a "million years". DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR TRUST THERE SERVICE DPT!!! The end result of all this was Blasius giving us back the car that there technician originally messed up which we are NOT SAFE driving!!! Take my word there are hundreds of other dealerships in CT that are 50 times better then Blasius Chevrolet!!!

Stopped in there the other day...

Stopped in there the other day to look at a couple of leftover 2011' Corvette ZR1's that they had for sale. They had one in the show room and another outside. Both cars were filthy rotten dirty. The one in the showroom was nastier then the one outside. To make matters worse I had brought my 2011' Z06 in for them to look at as a trade in. It has 1800 original miles along with carbon fiber package, polished wheels, added mats, special order color, etc ($89k new in April 2011').....They looked at the exterior from 20' away, they did not even bother to look at the interior or drive it, or ask me any questions about the car, and offered me $55k on the spot which is lower then a "rough" trade in NADA value...I would say this dealer really "sucks" and buyer definately beware...Their salespeople (3 of them) sat in the showroom with their thumbs up their a-- not doing the due diligence of servicing people walking around in the parking lot or taking the time to try and put a deal together with a bonifide customer...."STAY AWAY', no better yet "RUN AWAY"........

We try to treat our customers with the consideration and respect that they deserve and if we fell short of that with you, I do apologize. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our methods of operation and we will internally look into your experience as a means to do so. I will say that you may have noted that our dealership is under major renovation and while we try to keep the disruption to a minimum, occasionally the dust accumulates faster than we can clean it. I do believe, however, that your experience was atypical as most of our customers leave very satisfied and the overwhelming majority are repeats and referrals. We would love for you to return at some point in the future to better show you just why that is the case.

I purchased a used 1998 Corvet...

I purchased a used 1998 Corvette from Blasius. Although it was sold "as is", after two weeks, it had a signal light problem. They took care of it! That in my book is going the extra mile to take care of a customer! I purchased my last two cars from them and my kids purchased two cars from them also. Each experience had been perfect! I will deffinitely continue to go there!

I would Absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends. It was the most pleasant buying experience i Have ever had. they are not your normal dealer. They take the time and address all your needs and wants to find the exact vehicle fit for you. Jason Rodriguez. my sales person and Gary Sullivan in finance were a great help. i recommend this dealership to anybody and everybody!!!

Great place to buy a car! I bought a 2008 Cadillac DTS. It is HANDS DOWN the BEST vehilce I've ever had! Smooth ride, TONS of power. Vinnie in sales dept is great.

Loehmans is the Biggest Ripoff in Waterbury - Go Elsewhere

Gary Sullivan and Pat Bailey are the biggest sheisters in the biz. Don't turn around because they will rob you blind. They offer deals and promos that are meaningless. Don't even bother taking the ride to check. If you do fall for it, you will wind up with an overpriced lemon and they do not call back for issues. Research the net and check bbb.org before you buy. Other consumers cannot be wrong. Have to go to small claims to get my money back. Waste of time and should have gone to Richard's chevrolet or up to Strait's Turnpike where they treat you right. If I could have given zero stars I would have.
