        Overall

        Very bad customer service. Needed to pickup a towed car, and the owner (or at least he said he was), has very bad manners, would not look for ways to help, and did not want to listen. The insurance had to be contacted 3 times, because he doesn't know how to work with a computer (all he needed to do was provide an email to get the information).
