Rob Rena showed us a few cars. He was not pushy at all. He is a friendly man who genuinely seems to be concerned about the customer's best interest. When we decided to purchase the car, he promised to put two new tires on the rear of the car. When we came to pick up the car it had four new tires. That was over and above what we had expected. We are completely satisfied and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We recently drove from ny to look at a car we saw online at a different dealership in the area and the car was nothing like the pictures and they gave us an embarrassing offer on our trade in. We left there unhappy and saw a car on our way back at Jim Juliani's that turned out to be a better vehicle at a better price and they gave us more than we were asking for on our trade in. They turned our wasted trip into one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. Right from the start the staff was friendly and Bobby our salesman was very helpful and honest. I would make the drive again when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle.

I recently bought a BMW X3 from this dealership my salesmen was Bobby he not your typical salesmen he wasn't aggressive like most salesmen are he explained to me how his store operated and assured me if there anything wrong with the truck they would take care of it I got to tell ya he didn't pressure me at all like most salesmen he was really a nice guy the AC was blowing warm on test drive and Bobby assured me on delivery it would be ice cold and it was I hate buying cars but I have to say I was very impressed with this store and there team I will be recommending jim juliani store to all my friends and tell them to go see Bobby

Even though I purchased the car "as is", the service and appreciation they show when I just pop in to ask questions is just outstanding. They fixed everything immediately at no charge. Me being alone really means alot when you have to depend on people. They were GREAT.

They select good used cars to sell. Worked with Bobby, he's a good guy.

My son and I did not buy his car here ... but the dealer was exceptionally helpful and honest about the condition prior to our driving down from Boston.

they go out of their way to make the customer very happy. they are very wonderful people especially ROBERT and JIM,the MD. They gave me a good car for a good price and a very good after sales service even though i still have issues but i think that overall they gave me a good deal. i would gladly buy from them again and again. thanks guys for a smooth,easy and fast transaction.

I recently purchased a vehicle under the reasonable expectation that the car would last a number of years, and three months later the engine blew on the highway. I had to get it towed to a shop, where both the shop and an appraiser found that the engine had extensive internal problems and had blown a hole through the block. I missed more than a week of work, and when I asked the dealership for help, they said the only thing they would do was repair it at "significantly discounted prices". Their significantly discounted prices were the same as what I was quoted elsewhere, and I find it highly unreasonable that I should be expected to put $2500-$3000 into a vehicle I just spent over $7000 for, and that was supposed to come with a working and reliable engine.



Also, two of the tires that I was led to believe were new have been deflating regularly for the last two months. This has been a very frustrating and expensive experience, and I am spending almost $10k for a ten-year old car.

I was in the market to purchase a used vehicle for myself. Being a Waterbury native I knew of Juliani Motors. Trying to find the right vehicle to fit my limited budget Dave assisted me in picking out the perfect car that was a good fit for what I was looking for. The Office staff was courteous and efficient with getting everything together for me to make my purchase go smoothly. After purchasing my Acura within less than a month with the icy winter conditions there were damages done to the drive train this could have cost me quite a bit of money and could have been a very bad situation for me (financially) that I couldn't afford. After speaking with Dave said he would have the car towed to the dealership and Jim will help with the repairs. My car was fixed no cost to me in no time. I would highly recommend them to friends and family I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I continue to be a Happy and Appreciative Customer.

I had a very good experience with the dealer, i was searching for a car and went many places where a lot of people tried to rush and speed up the process, but here every thing was more professional and in good timing, i was very satisfied with the results and the service.

Rob had helped us get the Audi we wanted. He came in on his day off and he had us in the car we wanted and had us in and out in less than an hour. I am happy to have gone there and recommend them to everyone. They have great cars; great sales people, and were helpful and polite. No pressuring or pushing me into my purchase. I bought a Honda Accord from Dave. He was extremely helpful and so was the finance department. They really couldn't have been better. The dealership is clean and convenient.

2004 Subaru, one owner, very honest dealer, they put new Rotors and pads on all four wheels the day before we picked it up. Great car. Four hour ride to get the car, worth the ride. No pressure sale. No tricks.

Everybody at Julianis is amazing. Both sales man were very helpful. I recommend Rob or Dave to anyone looking for a new/used car. They are very informative on all the cars they have on the lot and are willing to help in any way they can. The lady in the front (i believe her name was Lisa) was very pleasant to meet. She greated me as soon as i walked through the door and got a salesman to come help me immediately. She made me feel very welcomed which is very hard to come by nowadays. Nobody was pushy, or made me feel like i had to make a decision right away. They have an excellent inventory and very fair prices. I met the owner Jim and he was so polite, and very well manored. His attitude is what closed the deal for me that this was the dealership that i was buying my Suv from. He gave me way more then i ever imagined i would get for my trade in vehicle. Over all expirience was excellent and would recommend anybody who is looking for a car to go here!!

All was ok with this dealership while I was looking for a car. Rob the sales guy was nice too. I put a deposit down and told them I was looking at other options over the weekend. They said OK and deposit would be fully refundable. I bought a new Nissan instead of the used Audi from JJM. They backed out of refund promise. Had to go thru my credit card and file a claim and then the BBB to let others know. Was so easy to get my money back too....So WHYbe such A-holes about it? Be warned...don't give them cash or a check. Poor business practice.

The staff was really nice, super entertaining and made the process a fun experience and made it go by quick. Thanks Jim Juliani, you guys ROCK!
