Bought a jeep from then in July 2016. It had problems the entire time. They had to put a battery in just for me to test drive the thing. I brought it back twice because it was stalling and costing me customers and time. They claimed it would run for a long time and it was a great car. In March of 2017, the transmission blew and the brake line had a bad leak. During one of the previous times I brought the jeep back, I was told the replaced the whole break line. Ya right. My mechanic said the transmission was damaged before I even bought the car. He said it would be $42,000 to fix. Ernie's offered to fix it at $15,000 but I bought the great long running vehicle at $19,000. So no. I said I would be happy to exchange it for a lesser vehicle, but they said I should have known this was going to happen even though they said it was going to be great and run for a long time. I guess a full year was just to long. Do not buy a car here.

This is my second vehicle I bought from them . My first truck was great I never had one problem and I did not pay much. The second vehicle, a Jeep, I brought back several times they were very patient and addressed every issue. I totally will buy another vehicle from them. Thanks Guy's.........Good Job

Do not buy from this dealer i purchased a vehicle and they are secondhand junk take it from first hand experience they sell lemons i cannot drive my car now.run run away from this dealer while you still have a chance.

Bought a car from ernies and within 3 weeks had a major problem even though car was purchased as is they agreed to fix problem at a significantly reduced price, I understand the risk of buying used cars and I know they are under no obligation to deal with my problem but their willingness to assist and make it right makes them a great place to buy a used car I have already recommended 2 people to them to look at a car

We've bought 2 vehicles from Ernies and are satisfied! What people have to understand is that these vehicles are used and sometimes they're good, some times they're not. You pay the low price at your own risk! Otherwise you would be paying 4X to 10X more for a brand new car.. so choose wisely. Others may have had a different experience, but over all we're satisfied... they staff has been professional and if you get a bad vehicle, you can only blame yourself for not doing your own research
