Colorado Cafe

The best place to have a good time! This has become my hump day and weekend go-to place! I hit happy hour on Wednesdays for awesome deals. On the weekends I bring my family for dinner or have a date night of dinner and dancing with my husband. We always have fun riding the mechanical bull. We have even had some great parties there!

WHAT A BLAST! I had never been to the Colorado Cafe until recently! I had heard a lot about it on Thunder 106 but just got out there a few weekends ago. I had such a good time! We got there early so we ate dinner in the resturaunt. It was nice to have some where to sit and eat instead of trying to scarf bar food down sitting on a bar stool! Let's talk about the FOOD...WOW. that is all I have to say... we got entrees...I had the steak and let me tell you...just wow. Hats off to the cooks at Colorado Cafe! p.s. the spinache and atrichoke dip...amazing! not greasy or oily...just perfect!



Club opened at 7, so we go to pay to get in and we are told "no no no you guys all got entress, so who ever got an entree tonight gets into the club for FREE" (what a way to start the night! left me more money for drinks!) About those drinks... they have 3, yes 3 bars! so there is no waiting forever to get a drink...if one bar is too full, that means there are 2 others that are not. Realistic prices too! (and between me and you, they didn't make the drink super weak like most places do either!)



They teach line dancing here apparently 3 nights a week. about 7:30pm the dance instructor came out to teach. What a hoot! What a good time! Laughs by all and it was very comfortable. I had NO IDEA how to do any of it, and yet I didnt feel like an idiot out there trying to learn how to do it.



On Sunday July 17th 2011, they are having a beginner workshop, that you bet I will be at, becuse I had such a good time, I can't wait to go and learn as many dances as I can. I want to bring my little sister too...she is always looking for something to do, and Sundays is family night, all ages permitted in. What better way to try and help set a kid on track, by giving her something productive and fun to do, that isn't really a shore (like soccer practice or something)
