        I took my computer to be diagn...

        I took my computer to be diagnosed and repaired. It had the kind of virus that tells you that you have 1000 things wrong and they want you to buy the "fix". I knew not to do that, so took it in. I also had another issue. They did fix the virus but not the other issue. When I took it back they didn't recharge me, but there didn't seem to be anyone who could actually fix the problem. I had to wait for an outside tech to come in which was several days. I felt the time issue was a problem.

        I found an excellent deal on a HP laptop for my daughter...even better pricing than the bigger electronics chains.
