Surgery Center of Wasilla

The receptionists who call to confirm the appointments are not only rude but apparently the office is allowed to change your appointment (I was never informed of this beforehand) the day prior and when they call you they don't tell you it's been changed, just act as if the time they changed it to has always been the planned time, with no apologies for the inconvenience. I've only been dealing with them two weeks and I cannot wait to be done going there. Thankfully the doctors and nurses seem to all have good attitudes but I think customer service is very important and I would prefer to not be stressed out when entering a place that I'm about to get a procedure done in.
