Plantar Fasciitis
Stephanie is now certified as a Graston Technique Specialist. Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted, soft tissue mobilization that uses specifically designed instruments. Soft tissue mobilization breaks up fibrous muscle tissue as the instruments are moved over the affected area and come in contact with the adhesions. This technique is often used to relieve conditions including carpal tunnel and plantar fasciitis or to alleviate pain in the large muscle groups of the back, legs and hips. Bruising is not intended but can occur.
