        Mat-Su Maids is a residential cleaning service. Janelle Griffith is the owner of Mat-Su Maids. I ensure quality, timely service. As a mom, who also work full time and goes to college full time, I understand that its not always realistic to be on top of everything all the time, and there are other things more important that scrubbing the house! My hourly rate $35. I will come provide you with an estimated time for free if you would like. I also clean homes new and not new that are getting ready to be listed. A clean home from top to bottom can make a huge difference to the potential buyers. I also do "Green" cleans. I used essential oils and eCloths for my green cleans.
