Legally Blonde

i am not one to write reviews but i really need to in this case. my roots were out almost a whole inch, the top was caramel, which i hate that color, and it was a patchwork job. i looked like a clown. i had to go and get my hair redone at another place. she knew what the top of my hair looked like when i walked out the door the first time. i even went back to give her a second chance to fix it but it was still the same, with me waiting 2.5 hours while she did other paying customers. i was just totally disgusted. when she cut my hair, i am not exaggerating on this, but she snipped here and there a couple of snips and she was done. she also had two other people she was working on. she is out to make the buck, not any true interest in her clients. she said she would reimburse me, but i could tell with her tone that she was not going to do that. and she didn't. these things were lacking and should have happened: 1. honesty and good morals 2. interest in the customer a
