Mark's Shoe Repair

I have been using Mark's for years and have never heard anything inappropriate. He is the only repair shop around other than going into the Pittsburgh, hence, a longer wait time. Does excellent work, again, the reason you may have a longer wait time...

The first thing I hear when I walked in the front door was how someone was a FN A$$hole! Then turned to me and said " That's how I talk about my customers ". Not a welcoming, I'd like to have your business, atmosphere! I had a luggage bag repair that need a heavy duty sewing fix that their machine can do in 10 minutes but they said leave it for 3 to 5 weeks. Anywhere must be better than there! God only knows how that place is still open.

Avoid this business at all cost. This guy is an a$$hole and it'll take 4-7 weeks for an insult when you pick it up.
