Brune Jewelers

I left my wedding ring with them for sizing on May 22nd. At that time I was given a paper with the total amount and pick-up date of June 1st. I went to the store on June 2nd. and was told they were running a little behind and the ring would be ready for pick-up on Tuesday, June 5th. I shared with them my disappointment, and was told they were sorry, but they promised the ring would be completed upon our return from vac. June 13th. I again went back on June 16th. and was told they must have forgotten about it, but would complete tomorrow. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the owner and I expressed my total dissatisfaction with his service and he shared with me things happen. His attitude and service says alot. Stay away from Brune Jewelers.
