Overall

If you enjoy watching a late night drunken cat fight, can navigate through homeless folks and don't mind ordering through bulletproof glass then this may be for you. Oddly enough though the Chinese food is kind of second rate here. Chicken wings and Cheesesteaks are a much better option. Cheap, but I am occasionally glad it's available.
