Carmen has been doing my hair for over 3 years now. I was so fortunate to find her. She has been instrumental in making my hair significantly healthier than it was before. She always makes recommendations on the various products and I am always skeptic with my hair being course. By the way, she uses very high quality products. With her being the professional, I let her do what she suggests as her recommendations are for my hair's benefit. I trust her and she definitely has swayed my skepticism. For instance, she recommended that I try the Brasiliana Keratin Treatment as opposed to getting a relaxer. I have gone through the treatment and ... I LOVE IT! After I got it done, my family and friends kept touching my hair. It looks and feels wonderful.



Carmen is big on customer service and very considerate of her clients’ time. I love the fact that she takes walk-ins, so while I visit the salon every week, the actual day can vary.



I have recommended New York Dominican Stylist to all of my friends and colleagues.



When I first started going to Carmen, I tried to find an alternate place just to have in case. In that search, I have confirmed that all Dominican salons are NOT created equal. She is and has been the BEST for me.



I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. She takes the health of my hair personally.

Carmen and the ladies of New York Dominican Hair Stylists are WONDERFUL! My hair has never looked, or felt as good as it did when I left the salon. I had "bounce" for days. I was able to maintan my style with no problem. They are very professional, and you feel very welcomed when you come in. I would recommend this salon to any and everyone. I will be a "regular" for as long as they are here.

These woman know what they are doing. They use the old school rollers and make your hair grow. I've sent friends of all different hair types to them. SAME RESULT.
