        Please do not be discourage of...

        Please do not be discourage of the representatives capabilty to fix any problem you may have. I have witnessed the representatives of this company fix problems with my oil furnace on several occasions. I have also referred them to family and friends who has had different companies come to fix their heating problems, but only H&M could fix the problems to allow them to have heat during the winter.
