Final cost was significantly more than estimate, but through no fault of Roof Doctor. After removing two layers of shingles from house and separate garage, a significant amount of dry rot was discovered which required removal of boards and installation of plywood to give a solid foundation for the shingles. To install both roofs took a bit less than 2 days. Crew started work immediately a 7am each day and they WORKED. Six men on the roof, two men on the ground cleaning. When occasionally we checked on the progress, workers would ask "Is everything OK?" Quite frankly, they're professionalism and work attitude was OUTSTANDING, right down to the young men who were responsible for constantly cleaning the site. The foreman, when he discovered the dry rot, seemed truly apologetic, indicating he will keep in place those boards worth keeping. He immediately called the project leader, Mike, who in turn called us. Overall, we were very impressed with Roof Doctor ... thank you Mike and Crew.
